It took former welterweight world title challenger David Estrada a few rounds to wear off his ring rust, but when he did he came on like a freight train and KO’d Chris Gray in the sixth round on Friday night at the UIC Pavilion in downtown Chicago. It was the first time Estrada had fought in his hometown in nine years as he improved to 23-6 with 14 KOs. Gray, who hails from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, dropped to 12-9 with 1 KO.
