WBA #14 middleweight contender Andy Lee (18-1, 13 KOs) will face Anthony Schuler (21-6) in a ten rounder on August 21 at “The Venue” at the Horseshoe Casino in Hammond, Indiana (20 minutes from downtown Chicago). Lee, who is trained by Emanuel Steward, has won three straight, all in Europe, since suffering a shock loss to Brian Vera in March 2008. In the co-feature is middleweight Angel “Toro” Hernandez (29-7, 16 KOs), who in his last outing upset highly regarded James “Buddy” McGirt Jr on national television. An opponent for Hernandez will be named. Also seeing action will be light heavyweight Nick Cook (15-1, 9 KOs) and his brother Jason Cook (3-0, 2 KOs) in separate bouts.
