Looks like Danny Perez has pulled out of Saturday’s match with Alfredo Angulo in Sunrise, Florida. Promoter Gary Shaw was unsure why Perez pulled out and is concerned that if a replacement isn’t found quickly, Angulo’s appearance might get scrapped from the HBO-televised card. This will be the second opponent for Angulo to fall out. He was originally slated to face former two division champion Ricardo Mayorga. Still scheduled to fight Valentine’s Day, Nate Campbell vs. Ali Funeka and Sergio Martinez vs. Kermit Cintron.
