Antonio Escalante update

El Paso’s hometown hero and #2 rated featherweight contender Antonio Escalante is now working with trainer Louie Burke. Escalante is currently preparing for his fight with NABO champion Edel Ruiz on August 6 at UTEP’s Don Haskins Center in El Paso, Texas. The Escalante vs. Ruiz bout will be nationally televised on TeleFutura.
