Aquino headlines in Middletown, CT

With three fights already in 2012 it’s been a busy year for Meriden, Connecticut super bantamweight Danny Aquino. And it’s about to get even busier. On September 30th at the Advanced SportPlex in Middletown, CT, Aquino (13-1, 8 KOs) will box in the co-main event of an eight-fight card presented by Cartelli Promotions. It will mark his first ten round bout. Aquino has headlined the first two cards of the “Fight 4 Pride” series this year, and this time he will share top billing with New Haven super bantamweight Luis Rosa, Jr. (11-0, 5 KOs). New Haven prospects Nate Green (122), Charles Foster (175), and Oscar Bonilla (135) will also appear in six round bouts. Welterweight prospect Dominic DeSanto will appear in a four-rounder.
