Arce back in the saddle?

To loosen up, former world champ Jorge Arce of Mexico has asked to ‘ride a horse, right on the famous boardwalk’ when he hits Atlantic City next week. Arce said he wants to ride for a mile or two while chatting with fight fans, starting from Caesars Atlantic City which is hosting ‘Latin Fury 9.’ “We have a horse. Does he understand espanol? I don’t know,” said Bob Arum. Arce has been on horseback while going to the ring on fight night. This will be his first time in Atlantic City. He is fighting on Top Rank’s Latin Fury 9 featuring Juan Manuel Lopez against Olivier Lontchi in a title fight at the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City on Saturday, June 27. Arce, who is wildly popular as a fighter and as a performer on reality television shows in Mexico, is fighting Fernando Lumcad of the Philippines.
