It got mentioned the statement on numerous internet platforms that Lamon Brewster fought under the supervision of the FVA, the Austrian Boxing Federation, in 2009 and 2012. As a matter of fact, the FVA sanctioned 3 bouts of Lamon Brewster in 2009 and 2010 that were held in Germany and promoted by Sauerland Event, but Mr. Brewster was not suspended according to the fight fax report regarding Mr. Brewster. His last suspension prior to 2009 got lifted on 10th October 2007.
