After successfully getting his weight down to 159 lbs. for today’s weigh-in, WBC middleweight world champion Julio Cesar Chavez rehydrates for tomorrow night’s clash with Andy Lee at the Sun Bowl in El Paso, Texas. As many as 35,000 are expected to attend the fight. “I’m ready to defend my title,” said Chavez Jr. “Lee can say what he wants, but I’m going to prove to the people that I’m a good champion and I’m making my own history. I going to demonstrate a new Chavez Jr., unlike which had ever been seen. I prepared two months for tomorrow night and it will be a big night for me and for Mexican boxing.”
