54-year-old Puerto Rican legend and three-time world champion Wilfredo Benitez is in stable condition after being rushed to the Presbyterian Hospital in Condado, Puerto Rico with symptoms of a possible stroke. Family spokesman Marco Rivera told Primera Hora, “Apparently it’s a stroke, he underwent a CT scan and other tests, but we are waiting for a diagnosis.” Benitez will remain under observation for 72 hours.
