Entering fight week, many Sportsbooks have Manny Pacquiao set as a solid -200 favorite to avenge his loss to Timothy Bradley, when they collide Saturday in Las Vegas on PPV. As for method of victory, Pacquiao by decision is by far the expected outcome, paying about even money. Bradley is +250 to win via the decision route. Manny by KO is at +350, while Bradley by KO is as much as +750.
As for fight week festivities, it all kicks off Tuesday at 1:30PM as fight fans are invited to Pacquiao’s and Bradley’s “grand arrivals” at the MGM Grand Hotel Lobby.
Coinciding with the big Pacquiao-Bradley fight weekend, the Nevada Boxing Hall of Fame is holding a “Party With Boxing’s Legends” fund-raiser on Friday night at the New Tropicana Las Vegas. The event will be a combination ‘meet and greet’, autograph and photo session. Among those confirmed to attend are Cornelius Boza-Edwards, Mike “The Body Snatcher” McCallum, Sugar Shane Mosley, Zab Judah, Ishe Smith, Kevin Kelley, Clarence “Bones” Adams, Richard Steele, Kenny Bayless, Miguel Diaz, Al Bernstein, Harold Lederman and Colonel Bob Sheridan. The event starts at 8pm with tickets priced at $35 presale and $45 at the door.
