Howard Goldberg, the South African representative for the World Boxing Foundation, has announced that former IBF heavyweight champion Francois Botha (46-4-2, 28 KOs) will meet the 34-year-old Ron “Rocky” Guerrero (20-15-3, 14 KOs) of Mexico on February 6 in Secunda for the vacant WBF heavyweight belt. Botha, 40, had his last fight in August 2006 when he outpointed Bob Mirovic of Australia at the Carousel in Hammanskraal.
