Boxing back at Dover Downs 2/26

Mike “No Joke” Stewart (44-7-2, 23 KOs), of New Castle, DE, returns to the ring on Friday, February 26 at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino in Dover, Delaware. Stewart will face WBF welterweight champion Brandon “The Business” Baue (12-3, 10 KOs), of Troy, Missouri in the eight-round main event. The co-feature will pit New Castle’s “Rockin’” Ryan Belasco (11-4-3, 3, 3 KOs) taking on Julias Edmunds (5-6), of Philadelphia in an interesting welterweight bout.

Hot prospect “Mighty” Mike Tiberi (11-1, 5 KOs) will appear in a middleweight bout against an opponent to be determined.

Clarence “Sonny Bono” Taylor (14-23-4, 7 KOs), of Wilmington, DE will meet Joshua “Berlin Bomber” Snyder (8-4-1, 3 KOs), of Berlin, MD in a six round middleweight bout.

Crowd pleaser Mike “Strictly Business” Denby (2-3-3, 2 KOs), of Felton, DE will face an opponent TBD in a junior welterweight bout.

Former Toughman Dan “Bada-Bing” Biddle (2-1, 2 KOs) returns after a 2-year layoff to face Dan Grafton (0-1) in a heavyweight match.

Bernard “Road Dog” Miller (3-1-1) will face Walter Brown (2-6) in a welterweight bout.

Karen Dulin (1-4), of Mystic, CT will face PA’s Christina Leadbeater (2-4) in a four round women’s featherweight contest.

Anthony Caputo Smith (2-0, 1 KO) is also penciled in to appear in a four round light heavyweight match.
