We hold this to be self-evident and agree to the formation of this association for the duly licensed boxing promoters in the United States of America.
We the Promoters of the United States of America… in order to establish an association… protect our rights and promote the well being of the sport of boxing do hereby establish the Boxing Promoters Association.
