Unified WBC/WBO super lightweight champion Timothy Bradley Jr. has been ordered by the WBC to face the WBC mandatory contender immediately without any intervening fight. That was part of the arrangement in which Bradley was given special permission to fight Holt instead of making his mandatory defense. Bradley has 15 days to inform the WBC of his decision. The WBC’s top rated 140-pounder is currently Devon Alexander.
