Today in Schwerin District Court, newly crowned WBO interim light heavyweight champion Jürgen Brähmer (34-2, 28 KOs) denied assault allegations involving two incidents that took place last year. The case is expected to last at least three sessions. The alleged incidents happened while Brähmer was still serving probation stemming from an earlier misdeed that kept him out of the ring for three years between 2002 and 2005.
