Brähmer to face Gutknecht on Feb 2

On February 2, former WBO light heavyweight champion Jürgen Brähmer (38-2, 30 KOs) will return to take on European champion Eduard Gutknecht (24-1, 9 KOs) at the Max-Schmeling-Halle in Berlin, Germany. The winner will become the WBO mandatory challenger. “I’m glad to finally be back in the ring after a long break and box for the first time for my new team,” said Brähmer. “I was already world and European champion. My goal is to reclaim these titles. On February 2 I’ll show what I can do. I want to get back to the top!”
