“Brawl” approaches sellout!

One Punch Productions and Voodoo Management are pleased to announce that the return this Saturday night of their “Ballroom Brawl!’ series to Tampa has been met with an expected sellout. The main event of the evening will feature rising undefeated Tampa based cruiserweight contender Nick “The Showstopper” Iannuzzi (11-0, 7 KO’s). as he rematches St. Pete slugger Willie “Blackout” Chisolm in an 8 round bout. Iannuzzi won their first encounter via 4th round TKO, and Chisolm has clamored for a rematch ever since.

According to Terry J. Trekas, less than 20 of the $75 ringside seats remain, less than 50 of the $20 general admission tickets remain, and the $35 reserved seats are already sold out. “With ticket orders still remaining to be filled, and the expected walkup from the Hyatt guests, this event will be a sellout. In this economy, that’s quite a relief. I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect with this being the first show in a new venue” said Trekas.

Also featured on the card will be Sarasota light heavyweight Adam Jaco (5-3-1), and several recent One Punch / Voodoo signings including undefeated Ft. Myers brothers Marcus Willis (3-0) and Quinton Willis (3-0), undefeated Texas jr. welterweight Raymond Charles (10-0, 4 KO’s), debuting lightweight amateur standout Cordaro Simpkins, Virginia middleweight Kenneth Moody Jr., and an additional bout to be announced.

The full bout lineup is as follows:

Raymond Charles vs. Alexis Perez – 6 rounds – welterweights

For 18 years,® has delivered daily boxing news to fight fans around the globe. From the beginning, we have always kept Fightnews free to our readers and relied on advertiser support. Anyway, the Miami Herald, The Guardian, and Wikipedia among others have been using the “crowdfunding” revenue model, so we thought we’d test it too.
