Gearing up for the biggest fight in WEC® history against “The California Kid” Urijah Faber, featherweight champion Mike Brown will provide an exclusive blog for the WEC website, www.wec.tv. Over the next month, Brown will write about his experiences training with the renowned American Top Team in Coconut Creek, FL, as well as life as a professional fighter. His first blog debuts today and talks about his journey to Montreal for UFC 97. The soft-spoken champion gives his thoughts on Chuck Liddell, Anderson Silva, and life in the limelight.
“I did a photo shoot with Ultimate MMA magazine (in Montreal) which was a lot of fun,” Brown blogs. “It turned into a fashion shoot so that was interesting. I just have to laugh at the thought of myself as a model.”
Log on to www.wec.tv to follow Brown’s journey to June 7.
