Burns set for second defense

Promoter Frank Warren will hold a press conference to announce Ricky Burns’ second defense of his WBO super featherweight title. Burns will defend against Ghanaian Joseph Laryea (14-4, 11 KOs) who caused a huge upset when he defeated Paul Appleby in his last fight on Burns’ undercard. Glasgow, Scotland’s Braehead Arena the expected venue with a March date.
