Caballero-Gamboa in September?

Word is that WBA 122lb champion Celestino “Pelenchín” Caballero may get an opportunity to challenge WBA featherweight world champion Yuriorkis Gamboa if an apparent shoulder injury suffered WBC featherweight Elio Rojas keeps Rojas out of his September 11 unification clash with Gamboa on September 11 in Las Vegas. “I’d like to fight Gamboa on September 11,” stated Caballero. “I’m in condition to fight him. We just need to arrive at an agreement of the purse and I’ll sign the contract. Gamboa is a champion and I am a super champion. It’s a great fight.”
