Middleweight Hector Camacho Jr. (54-4-1, 29 KOs) scored a first round KO over late sub John David Charles (7-5, 1 KO) on Saturday night at the La Villita Maverick Plaza in San Antonio, Texas. Camacho finished Charles with a body shot at 2:05. Charles, who has now dropped five of his last six fights, took the fight on 48 hours’ notice.
