It was a busy weekend of fights in Canada. Moncton New Brunswick which is quickly becoming a boxing hotbed saw 45-year-old Fitz Vanderpool successful in his second fight after a seven year absence from the ring.and he wasn’t the oldest fighter in the ring Saturday as 50 year-old former Canadian champion Ron Savoie also saw action. Out west in Edmonton headliner Steve Clagett suffered his second defeat to Alexandre Lepelley of France. And finally in Nicaragua, Ibrahim Kamal made the trip, got the knockout, only to have the win taken away from him and ruled a no contest. To read all the details, click here.
