WBA interim light flyweight champion Cesar Canchila (27-1, 21 KOs) of Colombia and Mexico’s Giovanni Segura (19-1-1, 15 KOs) will meet in a rematch on February 28th in Toluca, Mexico. It will be the second consecutive fight between the two. Canchila took an unexpected but clear decision over the previously unbeaten and highly regarded Segura in July at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada. That was the first fight for Canchila outside of Colombia. He is currently the only reigning boxing world champion that Colombia currently has.
