WBC super welterweight champion Saul “Canelo” Alvarez says he’s ready for significant challenges in his career, including a showdown with WBC middleweight champion Sergio “Maravilla” Martinez. According to our information, Golden Boy Promotions will look for try to start negotiations for a Martinez-Alvarez. “We had a meeting with people of Golden Boy Promotions and we want to fight on May 5 and among those names we would face are Maravilla Martinez, Miguel Cotto and Floyd Mayweather Jr.,” said Canelo.
