WBO Youth super flyweight champion David “El Duro” Carmona (16-1-4, 8 KOs) scored a ten round unanimous decision over previously unbeaten Antonio “El Tostado” Tostado (11-1, 5 KOs) on Friday night at the Salon Jose Cuervo in Mexico City. The WBO #14 rated Carmona dropped Tostado in round two en route to a 98-91, 97-92, 97-92 win.
Also on the show, jr. middleweight prospect Luis “Slaver” Grajeda (16-1-1, 12 KOs) scored an absolutely brutal first round KO against Josue Atilano “Golden Boy” Mendoza (11-5-3, 5 KOs). Grajeda put Mendoza on the deck three times. Mendoza was down for several minutes.
