Filipino IBF light flyweight world champion Jhonriel Casimero (17-2, 10 KOs) will defend his crown against mandatory Panamanian challenger Luis Rios (18-1-1, 13 KOs) at Hard Rock Café Megapolis Convention Center in Panama City on March 16. In the co-feature, Panamanian former two-division WBA world champion Roberto “La Araña” Vasquez (32-5-1, 22 KOs) will face Filipino Jhon Mark Apolinario (17-2-2, 4 KOs) in rematch for the vacant WBA interim bantamweight title. There is also the possibility of a third WBA world title fight.
