An opponent has been named for 2008 Olympic heavyweight gold medal winner Rachim Chakhkiev, who makes his pro debut on October 10th on the big “Universum Champions Night” card in Rostock, Germany. Chakhkiev, who was signed by Universum Box-Promotion in the summer and is trained by Michael Timm, will face Bulgarian Tayar Mehmed in a cruiserweight clash.
