Gleason’s Gym kicked off their monthly shows in Brooklyn at the Masonic Temple with two ex-world champions in the main event on Tuesday night. Former WBA interim super flyweight champ Rafael Concepcion (13-3-1, 8 KOs) pounded out a methodical and slow-paced unanimous decision over former WBO minimumweight and WBO interim light flyweight champion Kermin Guardia (37-9, 21 KOs) in an eight round super flyweight bout. Scores were 78-74, 78-74, 77-75.
