In a clash of unbeaten featherweights, Luis “El Artesano” Cruz (14-0, 11 KOs) stopped Eric “El Loco” Estrada (8-1, 3 KOs) in round six on Friday night at the Coliseo Rafael G. Amalber in Juncos, Puerto Rico. Cruz looked very good, pounding Estrada until his corner stopped it. Time was 1:16.

Unbeaten super bantamweight Jayson “La Maravilla” Velez (12-0, 10 KOs) won when late sub Juan Cruz (5-6, 1 KO) stayed on his stool between rounds three and four. Velez scored a knockdown in round three with a left hook to the body.
Unbeaten featherweight Wilfredo Bones (10-0, 9 KOs) was extended the distance for the first time in his career by Robert “Can’t Lose” DaLuz (12-28-3, 9 KOs). Scores were 60-54, 60-54, 59-55, all for Bones.
