Jr welterweight prospect Mike Dallas Jr (19-2-1, 8 KOs) scored a nice sixth round TKO over WBO #4 rated Javier Castro (27-5, 22 KOs) on Saturday night at the Soboba Casino in San Jacinto, California. Dallas rocked Castro in the sixth and got the stoppage with his follow up barrage. Referee Lou Moret waved it off at 2:06. With the victory, Dallas claimed the interim WBO Latino belt.
Unbeaten super middleweight Brandon Gonzales (16-0, 10 KOs) pounded out a one-sided eight round unanimous decision over journeyman Elie Augustama (6-5, 3 KOs). Scores were 80-72 on all cards.
