David Haye will again welcome his fans in person by opening the doors to his London gym on July 27th, this being the third time “The Hayemaker” has agreed to spend a full day greeting his fans and signing autographs.
The past two occasions (like the upcoming one free to the public) saw many hundreds of fight fans line up to meet Haye and wish him and his career well, and this time, ahead of Haye Vs. Tyson Fury – an all-British showdown that has already captured massive attention – many more fans can be expected to show up. Haye, his official website has announced, will meet fans from 9am to 7pm on Saturday July 27th.
“This is the perfect appetiser for the big fight,” Haye said. “I get the chance to see all my fans, sign their memorabilia and experience their goodwill. Nothing can help motivate you for a fight like the goodwill of your fans.”
Haye would have been entitled to lock himself away as he prepares for the September 28th clash, a fight he simply cannot afford to lose. Will Tyson Fury embark on a similar PR campaign ahead of the big fight that has already sold 10,000 tickets?
