NABO welterweight champion Antonin Decarie of Canada (22-0, 6 KOs) will take another step up in competition as he will be defending his title against Shamone Alvarez of New Jersey (20-2, 11 KOs) on October 3rd. The bout is a scheduled for 12 rounds main event and will take place at the Montreal Casino in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Groupe Yvon Michel (GYM) will promote. The unbeaten Decarie has impressively dominated good competition including former world title challenger Israel Cardona who he shut out over 10 rounds in 2008.
