Zaragoza Uema resides in Ginowan, Okinawa, Japan and was last in action against Satoshi Makino (9-5-3) who he outscored over eight rounds. WBC no. 11 Leon Moore (25-2, 22 KOs) of Guyana will punch it out with Maragin Marbun (19-6-1, 7 KOs) over twelve rounds on the same show. Promoter Daniel Potter pictured with Sott Mailon said, “This will be the first show we have promoted in Singapore but I am sure it will be successful. There will be special interest in Leon Moore who looks to be a future world champion.” Promoter: Top Rated.

    Help Support®

For 18 years,® has delivered daily boxing news to fight fans around the globe. From the beginning, we have always kept Fightnews free to our readers and relied on advertiser support. Anyway, the Miami Herald, The Guardian, and Wikipedia among others have been using the “crowdfunding” revenue model, so we thought we’d test it too.

Please consider helping out. You’re not obligated to, but even a $1 pledge would really help. And if we reach our goal, we plan to upgrade our server and maybe even nuke the ads altogether. Wouldn’t that be nice?
