WBO junior featherweight champion Nonito “Filipino Flash” Donaire and undefeated WBA super bantamweight champion and former two-time Cuban Olympic gold medalist Guillermo “El Chacal” Rigondeaux did their morning press engagement at Radio City Music Hall in New York City and are now at the press conference to announce their HBO-televised April 13 world title unification bout. Donaire says he won’t fight or go through with the presser unless Rigondeaux signs an agreement to do pre-fight drug testing with the Voluntary Anti-Doping Association (VADA). The Rigondeaux camp is apparently insisting that they want to use the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency (USADA). The press conference is underway. Apparently they will do both VADA and USADA testing.
