Unbeaten WBA #10/IBF #12/WBO #13 welterweight contender Mike Jones (18-0, 15 KOs) won a ten round unanimous decision over late sub Lennin Arroyo (20-10-1, 4 KOs) to defend his NABA title on Saturday night at Bally’s Atlantic City. Jones landed hellacious shots against the very game Arroyo, who showed an amazing chin to battle for the full ten. Scores were 99-91, 99-91, 98-92. Arroyo had stepped in for Ben Tackie, who had stepped in for Larry Mosley, Jones’ original opponent.
