EBU General Assembly in Madrid

The EBU (European Boxing Union) held its General Assembly in Madrid last Saturday. More than 100 delegates representing 27 countries attended the meeting. The most important point on the agenda was the election or re-election of the President and the members of the Board of Directors. Bob Logist was unanimously re-elected as EBU President, the assembly also re-elected as members of the Board of Directors: Charles Giles (United Kingdom), Pertti Augustin (Finland), Jean Marcel Nartz (Germany), Antonio Martin Galan (Spain), Marco Giuliani (Belgium), Igor Mazurov (Russia), Peter Stucki (Switzerland). New members elected were Willibald Palatin (Austria), Dominique Nato (France) and Antonio Del Greco (Italy). Charles Giles and Pertti Augustin were also unanimously elected as Vice Presidents.
