Rafael “El Torito” Concepcion is closing out his training camp in Panama and ready to head to Las Vegas with his trainer Rigoberto Garibaldi and his manager Damon De Berry where he will feature in the main event of Top Ranks Pinoy Power II against Nonito “the Filipino flash” Donaire. “Rafael has worked very hard and it has been a very good training camp” says de Berry. “Rafael is in great shape and is very strong at his weight,” says one of his chief sparring partners, Raul Lopez. Team Concepcion arrive in Las Vegas on Sunday night.
