Fallon Fights: Rural Rumble 2012 tonight

The City of Fallon, NV and Let’s Get It On Promotions present “Rural Rumble: Fallon Fights 2012″ this Saturday at the Churchill County Fairgrounds. Headlining is flyweight Oscar Vasquez (2-1) facing Edwin Reyes (0-0-2) in a six-round bout. Oscar’s younger brother, Santos, will make his professional debut against Richard Hernandez (0-2) of San Antonio, TX in a jr flyweight contest scheduled for four rounds. Santos was a top USA amateur and nearly a member of the 2012 USA Olympic team. Jr. middleweight Jose “Chuy” Elizondo (1-0) of Carson City is slated to fight in a four-round bout. Also in action is Reno favorite “King” Bubba Dupree (1-2) going toe-to-toe with Jose “The Puma” Gonzales (1-1-1) from Yuma, AZ. The Churchill County Fairgrounds are located at 325 Sheckler Rd.
