After experiencing flu symptoms and consulting his physician, Cleotis ‘Mookie’ Pendarvis (16-3-1, 5 KOs), of Los Angeles, has unfortunately had to pull out of the fight against Milton Ramos (8-3-1) of Waco, Texas, that was scheduled for eight rounds, as the co-main event on Thursday, October 4th in Houston, Texas.
“Mookie, started to feel unwell yesterday after training, I got him to the doctor immediately. The doctor ran some tests and confirmed that Mookie has the flu,” says manager Warren Wilkerson. A new date will be set for Mookie to fight at which time a formal announcement will be made.
