Francisco Palacios: The Wizard Workout

Former two-time WBC cruiserweight championship challenger sFrancisco “The Wizard” Palacios (21-2, 13 KOs) has decided to help those of us who are not born with a perfect physique. “Everybody can look great and feel great, but you have to know how to do it,” says Palacios, who has just released his own workout program. “If you want to know how world class athletes stay in shape, lose weight and get ready for big fights, look no further than my 12 week program. He continued, “For the fighters, staying in shape means more than just looking good.
