Franco aiming for first belt!

Southern California’s Michael ‘Lil’ Warrior Franco of Riverside (14-0, 9 KOs) attempts to win his first title when he takes on Juan Jose Beltran (19-12-3, 11 KOs) for the WBC youth super bantamweight title this Saturday. The event is being presented by II Feathers Promotions and will take place at the American Sports University in San Bernandino, California. The undercard will feature in seperate bouts Riverside native and WBC international youth flyweight champion Anthony Villareal (9-2, 4 KOs), unbeaten light heavyweight prospect Kerry Foley (11-0, 9 KOs) of Sydney, Australia (U.S. debut) , and 2006 National Golden Gloves champion bantamweight Efrain Esquivas (4-0, 2 Kos) of Carson, California. Plus additional bouts. Doors open at 1PM with the first bell at 3PM. Tickets are priced at $20, $35, $75, and $100, may be purchased by calling 760-559-6419 or 909-889-5555.
