Froch Training in Niagara Falls!

WBC Super Middleweight champion Carl “The Cobra” Froch will set up shop in Canada while preparing for his April 25 showdown with former undisputed Middleweight champion, Jermain “Bad Intentions” Taylor. The Nottingham-based undefeated Froch will ready his body and mind for battle at the five-star White Oaks Resort and Spa, in Niagara Falls, Ontario. The bout, being billed as “Continents Collide,” will be broadcast live in the US on SHOWTIME CHAMPIONSHIP BOXING from the MGM Grand Theatre at the MGM Grand at Foxwoods, in Ledyard, Connecticut, at 9 PM Eastern. “This place is just perfect for what I need to dominate Jermain,” said Froch. “This is my chance to show the rest of the world what I’m capable of doing, and a training camp like this suits my purposes perfectly. I’ll be able to focus at the task at hand, without any distractions, and with the resort located on Taylor St., you know I won’t forget for a second why I’m here.” When he isn’t utilizing the spa’s famous amenities, “The Cobra” will be lacing up the gloves at Niagara Falls’ Fight Club Canada, which is owned by two-time world title challenger Billy “The Kid” Irwin, and former Canadian Olympian Mike Strange.
