Garcia special guest of Phillies

WBC/WBA light welterweight world champion Danny Garcia (24-0, 15 KOs), was a recent game honorary guest of his hometown Philadelphia Phillies. Garcia performed a boxing skit with the team mascot “The Phillies Phanatic.” Garcia signed autogrpahs and posed for pictures with the fans. “It is a great honor for me to attend this game as I have always rooted for the Phillies and now for the Phillies to support me in my career truly means a lot to me. I am very proud to come from Philadelphia. My ultimate dream would be to fight here to give back to my hometown fans and the city of Philadelphia,” said Garica at the game.
