Lightsout Promotions in association with In Sync Productions present a fight card Saturday night at the Hollywood Park Casino in Inglewood, CA. On the boxing portion of the card, Vardan “Vito” Gasparyan (13-2-5, 7 KOs) will take on Sergio De La Torre (11-16-3, 1 KO) in a scheduled six round super welterweight bout. The Armenian-born Gasparyan is unbeaten in his last three bouts since his close six round decision loss to unbeaten Jermell Charlo in August of 2009. Popular MMA fighter Georgi Karakhanyan will make his professional boxing debut on Saturday night as he takes on Tatsuri Irie (0-2) in a scheduled four round welterweight bout.
