Two titles are at stake when world-class boxing returns later this month to the city of Bamberg, Germany. IBF cruiserweight champion Yoan Pablo Hernandez (26-1, 13 KOs) has set his sights on defending his crown against mandatory challenger Troy Ross (25-2, 16 KOs). In addition, middleweight Dominik Britsch (26-0-1, 9 KOs) is trying to erase any doubts in people’s minds when he once again faces off with rugged Spaniard Roberto Santos (17-6-2, 9 KOs) for the EU Championship. Their first encounter ended in a draw. Besides those two match-ups, Sauerland Event has announced two undercard fights to heat up the crowd before the main event featuring unbeaten heavyweight Edmund Gerber (20-0, 13 KOs) as well as Austrian middleweight stylist Marcos Nader (15-0, 2 KOs). Gerber will lock horns with veteran Michael Sprott (36-18, 17 KOs), while Nader faces Damien Bertu (25-6-1, 7 KOs).
