Today at the Sport Complex “Daulet” in Astana, Kazakhstan, reigning WBA middleweight world champion Gennady Golovkin (20-0, 17 KOs) retained his world crown with a triumph in round three over the Colombian Nilson Tapia (14-3-1, 10 KOs). The event promoted by Oleg Hermann and Delta Boxpromotion helped celebrate Kazakh Independece Day.
