Ghost still with Golden Boy?

Athough the California Superior Court vacated a December 15, 2008 arbitration award in the proceeding (the “Arbitration”) commenced last year by Robert Guerrero against Goossen Tutor Promotions, Team Guerrero maintains that since the commencement of the arbitration, the five-year promotional agreement between Guerrero and GTP has expired by its own terms. In December, Guerrero entered into a promotional agreement with Golden Boy Promotions and according to Team Guerrero, the vacatur of the arbitration award by the Superior Court has no effect on the validity of the Guerrero-Golden Boy promotional agreement.
