Hatton camp balks at split!

Still no deal on the proposed May 2 Manny Pacquiao-Ricky Hatton super fight in Las Vegas. The Hatton camp is balking at the proposed 60/40 split in favor of Pacquiao, insisting on 50/50. “Ricky brings as much to the table as Manny,” Hatton’s lawyer Gareth Williams told BBC Sport. “Either it is 50/50 or we’ll consider other options. If that’s Manny’s position, there is no fight.” Williams claims Pacquiao’s promoter Bob Arum originally agreed to a 50/50 split and “as far as we’re concerned we’ve got a binding contract.”
