A Quebec judge has thrown out three new sex charges against former WBC middleweight champion Dave Hilton Jr. According to CP, the judge ruled that evidence against Hilton was non-existent involving the alleged sex crimes. Hilton, who appeared briefly in court today, has been living in a half-way house since being released from prison after a highly publicized conviction in 2001 for sexually abusing his two daughters.
