IBF champ Dib wins non-title fight

IBF featherweight featherweight champion Billy Dib (35-1, 21 KOs) pounded out a ten round unanimous decision over Juan Antonio Rodriguez (21-4, 19 KOs) in a non-title ten-rounder fought in the super featherweight division. Dib won by scores of 97-94, 98-92, 99-92. The bout took place at the Orion Function Center in Sydney, NSW, Australia. In another notable bout, WBO #3 featherweight Joel Brunker moved to 23-0, 13 KOs with a decision win over Mexican veteran Edgar Riovalle (34-14-1, 24 KOs). More details to come from Ray Wheatley…
